REVISED GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION OF ASSIGNMENTS FOR TEE JUNE 2020
In order to streamline process of online submission of assignments by the learners as well as processing of these assignments at the regional centre and evaluation at the study centres, the learners registered with IGNOU Regional Centre, Shimla, who are due to submit their assignments for TEE June, 2020, are advised to submit scanned copies of their hand written assignments through the following google link:

The uploaded file should be named as enrolment number>programme code>course code.
Those learners who have already submitted their assignment by email are also requested to re-submit their assignments through the above link.
Those learners who wish to submit their assignments online, they are requested to note and comply with the following:
A. The front page of the assignment must mention the following details of the sender:
1. Name of the learner:
2. Enrolment number:
3. Regional Centre Code:
4. Study Centre Code:
5. Programme Code:
6. Course Code(s) of attached assignments:
7. Mobile number:
8. Email ID:
B. For each Course, their assignment responses should be scanned in ONE single pdf file. If there are 10 questions in one assignment, there should NOT be 10 separate pdf files of these 10 answers. These should be scanned in ONE single pdf file for easy download at RC end.
C. The *first page of the pdf* of each Course must also carry the learner's correct details as per point no. 01 above.
D. The assignment question papers are available on University website “https://webservices.ignou.ac.in/assignments/”
E. Learners may try the "Cam Scanner" mobile application for scanning their handwritten assignments and saving them as pdf. There is absolutely no need to go out for this purpose. If required, you may download the "Cam Scanner" mobile application from Google Play Store and watch You tube tutorials on how to use this app.
The IGNOU Regional Centre, Shimla appreciates the cooperation of IGNOU learners in the process of online submission of assignments, and any inconvenience caused to them in this regard is deeply regretted.
